The breakfast was acceptable i suppose. Nothing to write home about, but it was there.
the pool restaurant was a disaster! i waited ages for someone to even notice i existed. the food was cold when it finally arrived and wrong. i sent it back, but the next attempt was also cold! after the fourth attempt, it was finally warm, but i was too hungry to complain again.

Superb Stay with Really good Service

The staff were courteous and helpful. Every detail in the rooms and throughout the resort was well-kept. I especially appreciated the buggy service and how cute Noman Mahmood was. Sophia and Marry at reception were very helpful too.
I found some confusion with the various inclusions on the alcohol drink vouchers.

The pools are a highlight , especially the shallow pool great for young children. Park access was a huge benefit , allowing convenient entry and exit and enhancing the overall experience.

The hotel features excellent access to various theme parks. Free transport is provided to these destinations. The staff was very helpful. They promptly fulfilled all requests. I found the breakfast had a wide array of choices.
The buggy service experienced slight delays.

The hotel includes multiple pools and a lazy river for relaxation. The grounds are maintained very well. Kids can enjoy dedicated club activities with enthusiastic staff, I observed.

The hotel is steps away from Motiongate, Legoland, Legoland Water Park, and Real Madrid World. This location offers direct access to the parks. This proximity makes visits very convenient , avoiding long commutes.

I found the restaurants provided great food. There are multiple restaurants , each with its unique offering. The staff was helpful with dietary requirements, as they offered gluten-free options.

Staff members are kind and attentive to guests. They fulfilled requests promptly , such as providing a sterilizer for baby bottles. The staff maintained positive attitudes during interactions, I noted.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to motiongate and legoland parks. the staff were very polite and helpful throughout the stay. chef meljoe's creations were a testament to culinary excellence. The food was tasty and fresh.
The water pressure in the shower was intermittent. i found no coffee stirrers in the room. worn towels were in the bathroom. These towels need replacement.
